Will raids ever have matchmaking

Published: 07.08.2018

Ever since the announcement that Raids in Destiny would be for friends, invites only the fans have been torn between both sides of the argument. How is that preferable to a situation where you can hand-pick the people you play with based on ability, Light level, and experience?

Will Destiny 2 Have Raid Matchmaking?

If they were to add every single suggestion or recommendation or desire that you can see on this sub simply because a "handful of people want the choice" to have such a thing, how is that ever a logical, sensible decision that would maintain the quality of Destiny? You're talking about two completely different entities in terms of what's required to accomplish them. An exclusion filter allows a flair to be hidden from your browsing experience.

The writer mistakenly assumes the LFG stuff is completely randomized with absolutely no element of "I'm looking for this or that only" involved whatsoever. I mean you need to be aware of the randoms' gear and light level, but if they've got the right stuff I've found they usually catch on pretty quick.

If this is the case, though, whats confusing about this would be how the Fallen have so quickly.
